Google and Microsoft connect through OAuth. iCloud Calendar connects with your Apple Account email and an encrypted, revocable app-specific password. FreeSync never receives your primary Apple Account password.

No duplicates
Calendar FreeSync tracks which events it has already synced so your calendars stay clean and accurate.
Secure provider connections
Google and Microsoft use OAuth. iCloud Calendar uses an encrypted, revocable app-specific password, never your primary Apple Account password.

Pro plans include up to 5 customizable scheduling pages using connected Google and Microsoft calendars. iCloud Calendar scheduling is not supported.
Automatic reconnect
If a calendar connection drops, Calendar FreeSync resumes syncing and catches up on missed events once reconnected.

Connect your calendar accounts
Connect Google or Microsoft with OAuth. For iCloud Calendar, enter your Apple Account email and a revocable app-specific password, never your primary password.
Create your sync
Pick a source and a target calendar, add optional keyword filters, and name your sync so you can tell them apart.
Let it run
That's it. Your sync runs automatically in the background based on the settings you chose.
Integration questions
Do I need a paid calendar account?+
No. Calendar FreeSync works with personal Google, Microsoft, and iCloud Calendar accounts. Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 business accounts are also supported.
Does Calendar FreeSync sync event details or just block time?+
By default, Calendar FreeSync creates a block on the target calendar to protect the time slot. Event details like title and description stay private. This keeps your work calendar from leaking into your personal one and vice versa.
Is iCloud Calendar supported?+
Yes. You can use iCloud Calendar as a one-way sync source or target under the same plan limits, and Pro users can include readable iCloud calendars in the unified calendar. Sync runs automatically in the background. Booking and scheduling remain limited to Google and Microsoft calendars.
Can I sync more than two calendars?+
Yes. With a Pro plan you can connect up to 10 calendars and create up to 10 sync connections across Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, and iCloud Calendar.
What happens if I delete an event from one calendar?+
When you delete a source event while its sync is active, Calendar FreeSync detects the change and removes the corresponding managed block from the target calendar automatically.
