Each sync connection is one-way by default. For two-way sync, create a second sync going in the opposite direction. Calendar FreeSync includes built-in loop prevention so events never sync back to their source.

Calendar FreeSync syncs updates automatically in the background. Timing depends on the connected provider, so the service does not promise instant or real-time updates for every calendar.

Calendar FreeSync is intelligently designed to prevent duplicate syncing, so your calendars stay clean, accurate, and dependable.

When updates happen in both calendars, Calendar FreeSync applies clear conflict rules (like latest-update or source-priority logic) to keep everything consistent.

Disconnecting a calendar stops future syncing. After a supported reconnect, affected syncs resume and catch up automatically. Events already copied to target calendars are not removed merely because you disconnect a calendar.

Calendar FreeSync supports Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook (including Outlook.com and Microsoft 365), and iCloud Calendar. Any supported provider can be a one-way sync source or target, subject to calendar permissions. Pro users can also see readable calendars from all three providers in the unified calendar.

Yes. Pro plans include up to 5 customizable booking pages, each with a unique URL you can share. Booking availability and destination calendars are limited to connected Google and Microsoft calendars; iCloud Calendar is not used for scheduling.

The booking is confirmed and a calendar event is created on your destination calendar automatically. Both you and the booker receive a confirmation email.

Yes. Calendar FreeSync only accesses the data required for the features you configure. Google and Microsoft use OAuth. iCloud Calendar uses an encrypted, revocable app-specific password, and FreeSync never receives your primary Apple Account password.

Yes. You can pause syncing, cancel your plan, and request account or data deletion whenever you choose.
