How is calendar access handled?
Google and Microsoft connections use OAuth. iCloud Calendar requires an encrypted, revocable app-specific password and 2FA; Calendar FreeSync never receives the primary Apple Account password. Access can be removed in FreeSync or through provider account settings.
What does it not do?
Calendar FreeSync does not use iCloud Calendar for booking availability or destinations. Pro users can include iCloud Calendar in the unified view, while the 5 customizable scheduling pages remain limited to Google and Microsoft calendars.
